It's been two weeks since I hopped on the big jet airplane in Tampa, FL for the flight home to Tennessee leaving my wife in her new digs. She's got a great job down there that could be a permanent one if she likes with a hefty raise to boot. She's already bringing home more loot than me! I've never lived by myself so it's a new experience. Of course, I'm not really alone since I have our three female chihuahuas. She took the only other male in the family, Pepe, to keep her company and he was a great choice. He's the youngest and the most outgoing of the canine clan.
So what have I been doing for the last two weeks without the wife/boss around? I feel like I've worked a lot but it doesn't really show. I've got a long list of projects that I need to accomplish around the house. Lack of cash flow (thus her taking the job in Florida) is holding me back in several areas but there is still an amazing amount of work that I need to accomplish that only requires a lot of manual labor. I did get the 98 Camaro ready to sell this past weekend. It will be bittersweet to see it go. It was our first new car and she really bought it for me.
